Here’s a new take on crepe

paper party streamers.

This windsock-like decoration,

, is so quick and easy

to make, you could have one in

different colors for every get-

together. Drape roughly 8-foot

lengths of crepe paper (we

used red, hot pink, and purple)

over the inner ring of an 8-inch-

diameter embroidery hoop,

below.

Fit the outer ring around

the inner one and tighten. Hang
